Overview
RuralSmart markets Harvest weather stations. The data from these weather stations can be used for predicting diseases, calculating evapotranspiration or warning about frosts. They can also be used for different crop growth models.
Data Delivery Options
Weather data is accessed through your web browser, so no special software is required and you can check your data from any computer (or even a mobile phone).
If you own a station, RuralSmart can sell access to that data (with your permission), reducing your running costs.
RuralSmart can establish weather station networks in regions where there is a demonstrated demand for the data, reducing establishment costs.
Alarms can be set for frost events, notifying you by email, SMS or a voice call. The station can be set up to report every minute once temperatures reach a critical level, to give you maximum protection when you need it most.
